Hello there, welcome to my blog!

I’m Nadja not your average yogi, tea drinker, cat lover and LIFE SEEKER. Let me tell you more about myself… I am a certified YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) by Yoga Alliance. I’m also YTT-F (Yoga Teacher Training Faculty Member), TC-TSY (TC-Trauma Sensitive Yoga), certified CTTA Meditation Practitioner Teacher, Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner.

I specialize in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Gentle/Restorative Yoga and Meditation, combined with Breathwork, Mudras, and Mindfulness. Hatha and Prenatal Yoga are also part of my repetuar. I continually advance my education through workshops, trainings and readings.

I’m excited to share some great information with you in this blog, not just about yoga but also about life. Everything from awesome yoga sequences for my dedicated students to practice at home or while traveling to blog post about wellness, health and over all life.

Starting an in-home practice could be a little tough, but I’m sure we can tackle this together! So feel free to check my online group yoga classes to practice from the convenience of home and sharing energy and space with other students. If you feel like group classes can be a little intimidating or confusing, consider that a private session could be the way to go. Whether you are new to the practice, together we can build a great foundation without bad habits or If you are a more seasoned practitioner, we can elevate your practice to the next level. When life is too active, maybe trying any of my OnDemand classes could be a better fit for you or perhaps a combination of all of the above. Just play around with things!
