Meet Nadja

Welcome to my journey

The Story Behind the Practice

Nadja is a passionate and experienced holistic wellness practitioner, blending her work as an Integrated Bodywork Therapist, Yin Yoga teacher, and Holistic TCM Practitioner.

She’s a longtime San Francisco Bay Area resident, deeply connected to the diverse and health-conscious community, which continues to shape and inspire her work.

Her path into holistic healing started with her own yoga journey. As a dedicated student, she quickly realized this work was her true calling. She was drawn to Yin Yoga for its deeper, therapeutic benefits and discovered it was a powerful way to help students release tension, build awareness, and find a sense of calm from within.

Evolving Wellness

Nadja is currently working toward her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a focus on women’s health, reflecting her deep commitment to ongoing learning and growth.

Drawing from the principles of TCM and acupuncture, she helps clients restore balance by clearing energetic blockages and restoring the natural flow of energy through the body’s meridians.

I love Nadja’s Yin Yoga classes! I’ve been going to her classes twice a week for about 6 months, and I feel so good after each class. She’s inspired me to commit to Yin Yoga as a regular part of my weekly practice. I highly recommend her!

Nadja is warm and welcoming. Her classes can be challenging, but she teaches students to practice yoga with integrity-to listen carefully to their own body and to respect where they are and what they need without judgement. Her knowledge and understanding of yoga postures and philosophy is extensive. She incorporates the underlying concepts of yoga

I started regular classes at the corporate gym (moffet towers) with Nadja and eventually had a 1-1 session. Nadja is passionate about her teaching and genuinely wants to help her students acheive their specific goals. She makes her self available for questions and discussions about your practice outside of class or 1-1 time. She has

Nadja is a caring, informative and soothing Yoga instructor. I’ve taken classes with her for well over a year and find her classes to be the most fulfilling of any I’ve tried. My flexibility and well being have vastly improved and I highly recommend her classes for all levels of yoga practice when seeking clarity

Nadja is a very special teacher and my go to person for Yin yoga. I have learned so much more than I imagined through the Life Seeker course –from background understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Breath Work, to movement and stretches that I can incorporate during downtime at work. You must check out her podcast

Nadja is a talented and best yoga teacher I’ve had. She connects with the class and delivers a well balanced session with varied Yoga moves. Her expertise is at Yin yoga, mobility, and breathing. One would always be able to feel much more relaxed after her session.
